Are my files uploaded?
No. The PDF is made inside your browser, so your files never leave your phone or computer.
How many files can I merge for free?
Up to 5 files at a time, as often as you like. To merge more at once, a one-time 24-hour merge PDF pass (US$1.49) merges any number.
Does merging change my pages?
No. PDF pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable and nothing is re-compressed. Bookmarks are not carried over, and fillable form fields may stop being editable.
Why does a file show an error?
Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged until you remove the password, and damaged files cannot be read. The message names the file, and it is left out of the merge.
