Resize signature to under 10 KB
Sign on plain white paper, take a photo, and drop it here. We crop away the grey, make the paper white and the ink dark, then fit it under the limit.
Tips for a signature that passes
- Use a black or dark blue pen on white paper.
- Fill the frame with the signature and leave little empty space.
- Shoot in daylight without your shadow on the page.
- Change the width and height above if your form asks for a different size than 140 × 60 px.
Questions
Why is my signature rejected at 10 KB?
The usual causes are a grey background, a minimum size the file misses (for example 10 KB), or the wrong pixel dimensions. This tool fixes all three.
Can I use a digital signature drawn on screen?
Most government and exam forms want a scan or photo of an ink signature on paper. Check your notice.
