Join photo and signature

Some exam, recruitment and admission forms ask for the photo and signature in one image. Choose both, pick the layout and size, and get one JPG that fits the KB limit. It all happens on your device.

How it works

Step by step

  1. Choose your photo and your signature. A phone photo of a signature on white paper works. Both stay on your device.
  2. Pick the layout and photo shape, and type the width, height and KB limits from your form’s notice. The preview updates as you go.
  3. Check the preview, then download one JPG, ready to upload.

Need them separately?

Most portals want the photo and signature as two files. Use the exact-KB resizer for each, the form pages for a specific exam, or the form kit to get every file at once.

Questions

Is it free?

Choosing your files, trying layouts and seeing the full preview is free. Downloading the joined JPG needs a one-time 24-hour photo and signature joiner pass (US$1.49), which lets you make and download as many as you like for 24 hours.

Should the signature go below the photo or beside it?

Follow the sample in your form’s notice. Signature below the photo is the most common. Side by side is used when the form shows a wide box.

What size should the joined image be?

Use the numbers in your form’s notice. Type the width in pixels, and the exact height too if the notice gives one, then set the Min KB and Max KB. The tool lowers the JPG quality, and if needed the pixel size, until the file fits.

My signature photo is grey. Will it look clean?

Yes. “Clean up the signature” turns the paper white and the ink dark, the way scanned signatures look. Sign with a black or blue pen on plain white paper, and take the photo in good light.

Are my photo and signature uploaded?

No. Both are joined inside your browser, and the JPG is made on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.
